If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, we’ll happily sort it out. Just send us a clear photo of the item within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll take it from there.

Each case is reviewed individually, and this usually takes 5 to 7 working days. Once we’ve had a look, we’ll let you know whether your refund or exchange has been approved. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before we can finalise things.

If your request is approved, we’ll either send you a replacement, issue a refund, or provide in-store credit—whichever you prefer.
