We ship to anywhere within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
Sorry, we only deliver within the UK.
You need to be 19 or over and living in the UK to place an order.
All prices on the site are in British pounds (GBP).

We respond within 24 hours or less.
Orders & Shipping
We currently use Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service (1–2 working days) for £5.00.
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery.
Your products will be packed in a discreet, smell proof, mylar bag, which is heat and vacuum sealed, and then shipped in a plain, unmarked box or large envelope depending on the order size.
Our method of packaging allows for maximum freshness, odour protection, and privacy from unwanted attention.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If your payment is completed by 3PM UK time, we’ll ship your order the same day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 3PM will be sent the next working day.
You can track your order on the Order page, or visit Royal Mail’s website and enter your tracking number.
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Just email us at info@bcbudsupply.co.uk with your order number and cancellation request.
Once your order has been sent, unfortunately, it can’t be cancelled.
Yes, you can have your package sent to your local Royal Mail delivery office using their ‘Redirection’ service.
Royal Mail offers a service that lets you have your parcel sent to one of their local delivery offices for you to collect whenever it suits you. You can register for this service free of charge on the Royal Mail website and use the delivery office address as your shipping address.
It’s a great option if you prefer not to have parcels delivered to your home.
Payments
We accept PayPal, Bank transfer, and Bitcoins at the moment.
Returns
Your order is eligible for a refund or exchange if any item inside is damaged, defective, or not as described.
